Yup! I'm one of those lucky people who has an awesome friend that works at Sephora and handed me an Employee Appreciation card, allowing me a 20% off discount. I apologize in advance if it's a boring haul, but I'm happy with what I got and how much I saved.
I've been eyeing this product for a while. My SA friend gave me a sample of the product and I really loved it! It is a one-step prep (although it claims to be a primer, it's not much of one). The 3 swirls of color each do something different: the green reduces redness, the lavender counteracts "sallow" or yellow tones, and the peach illuminates and brightens the skin. I don't have massive redness, but I definitely am red in certain areas. I found that this product did an amazing job within seconds. I may do a proper/full review on it later.
Been hearing nothing but good things about this new line that Sephora has brought in, so I definitely had to pick some up. They're $15 a bottle, but even with the 20% discount, I had to limit myself to only 2. I got Invincible from the "New Neutrals" collection and Hocus Pocus from the "Holograms" collection. There is SO much to choose from though! Can't wait to try these out.
This is was recommended to me by my SA friend and I am SO glad I picked them up. I've been using another eyelash curler by elf until it crapped out on me and I couldn't find my replacement pads, so I decided I should probably invest in a nice one.
I picked up this pigment on clearance for $7 on a whim and I'm so glad I did! I'm in love with coppery pigments and from looking outside the jar, it looked almost the same as Sugarpill's Asteria, but upon swatching it, it's a bit lighter, but super pretty.
As I was standing in line to pay for my purchase, this "reward" caught my eye. I crossed my finger that I had 500 points so that I could redeem them for such an awesome reward since it's been a looong while since Sephora had a reward that was worth redeeming for. This little kit includes generous samples of B6 Vitamin-Infused complexion prep spray, the All Nighter setting spray, the Eyeshadow Primer Potion Anti-aging and an eyeshadow in Mushroom. I'm quite amazed with the deluxe-sized samples.
I also picked up Laura Mercier's Artist Palette for Eyes for my mom's birthday and she ended up really liking it!
So glad I was able to get this discount. As far as I know, I believe there will be another Friends and Family sale in November for VIB members, so I may have another haul to look forward to.
